Ohbijou @ Harbourfront Centre (FREE)
If affordability is high on your list of importance, this show is perfect for the wallets. Local darlings, Ohbijou will grace the Harbourfront stage with a melodic afternoon set of soothing tunes. The band hasn't released anything new of late, but hopefully they are working on fresh material between tour dates and will test it out on the crowd tomorrow - fingers crossed. Ohbijou will be playing at (approx) 3:30 and they will also be playing a show in Quebec on August 1.

S.C.E.N.E. Music Festival
If you're up for some driving and lots of music, go on down to this year's S.C.E.N.E. Music Festival. Taking place in St. Catherine's every year, over 150 bands will be performing throughout the day on 15 different stages. Although not particularly my type of event, there are quite a few highlights worth checking out. My picks - Everlea, Magneta Lane, Lights, Sailboats are White, Spiral Beach, and The Most Serene Republic (who seem just a tad out of place, in my opinion) Tickets are $25, which is quite reasonable, at Rotate This.
SPECIAL WEEKEND EVENT - PRIDE WEEK
Regardless of your sexual orientation, I think we can all agree that Pride Week in Toronto is buckets of fun. On the musical spectrum of Pride, there will be countless amounts of free shows this weekend. Unfortunately, I can't attend most of these shows because I will be stuck at work, but here are a few highlights that you should definitely go see. If not for yourself, please do it for me.

That's all the fun I can provide for now. I will be back tomorrow (that's right) with more! We have so much to catch up on, my dear.
Now go out and party! Go and show Sam Roberts that us kids truly know how to dance to rock and roll!
